Caribbean fish such as Tuna or Wahoo, fruit and vegetables, the Bonairean salt or the local rum all have dominated the world. In this development, crafts such as rum firing, the local way of fishing with daily fresh catch, or the organic cultivation of vegetables have been well-preserved.
Ocean Oasis works with the freshest of ingredients all sourced locally. Our dishes are traditionally prepared in our open kitchen inside of Josper’s charcoal oven.
